Business Analysis Templates for Agile Delivery
These are templates I’ve created based on my experience working as a Business Analyst in agile teams across multiple sectors. They’re intended as reference materials to show how business needs, user value, and delivery context can be structured early in the solution lifecycle.
Companies often adapt their own formats depending on internal frameworks, so these templates are simply examples of how I approach clarity, alignment, and measurable delivery outcomes.
High-Level Requirements Document (PDF)
Defines the business opportunity or problem, stakeholder needs, and scope at a high level. It’s intended to support epic creation and prioritization while avoiding early over-specification. Useful for aligning teams before user stories are crafted.

Solution Concept Overview (PDF)
Outlines a potential solution prior to design and development. It includes process flows, technical integrations, and feature breakdowns. This is useful for bridging business goals with architecture and development thinking. Often used to align diverse stakeholders on what’s being proposed and why.
